Um pais que mistura tradição, cultura e amor
Your review

Myanmar tour!
Your review
Siamo da poco rientrati da un viaggio molto bello. Tutto secondo le nostre aspettative. Devo riconoscere all'agenzia E-Travel grande professionalità.

Amazing Experience
Your review
Myanmar has been on my bucket list for quite some time and there is no better way to experience the beauty of this destination than with my own exclusive tour, a personal tour guide for every step of the way and a tailor made programme.

E-Travel Myanmar really exceeded my expectations by providing me with a personalised tour which invited me to experience some of the grandest sights and expeditions but also ensured I would have a real taste of the local culture.
I was very excited to learn that my personalised tour could also include spontaneity and some exclusive experiences provided by my tour guide.
Just to clarify, yes you are provided with a schedule by your tour guide, however, they surprised me on multiple occasions by introducing a new experience, route or destination.
As I am not one to follow a map and a compass, this was exactly the tour I wanted full of intrigue and surprises.

My tour guide was a fountain of knowledge, both of the local culture, surrounding Buddhism and of the architecture, history, wildlife and the best ways in which I could experience Burma for the first time.

Truly a mesmerising experience to explore the ancient temples, the beautiful landscape and to meet the local communities.

Yangon is a vibrant city with a lot of history and architecture to appreciate.
As Burma was colonised by the British for over a hundred years, there is still a western influence within the city.
However, Bagan was also within my tour and this is where I could really experience the beauty and the origins of Myanmar ... and of course enjoy the Hot Air balloon ride - an unforgettable experience! One that was a spontaneous decision by myself but all organised perfectly by E-Travel.

I highly recommend E-Travel Myanmar to anyone wishing to have the best experience of this beautiful country.
Mr Aung was extremely helpful with all of my travel arrangements!
I am looking forward to booking with them again in the future!

Inle Lake a highlight of our 10 day tour
Your review
We dealt extensively with Soe Soe of E-Travel for a last minute holiday with our son and partner. They accommodated our wish list of Yangon, Bagan, Inle and Ngpali. We decided against Mandalay as it meant too much travelling. After negotiation we managed to pay by credit card although initially we were asked to bring cash! The tour was not cheap as we opted for 3-4* hotels throughout. Our guides were all local to the various area and accompanied us throughout. We had to make it clear that we would like to experience local food and not the tourist offerings. In fact the local food in Myanmar is amazing, tasty, not too spicy, very varied and fresh. Markets throughout the country are full of variety, fish, fresh fruit and vegetables, bamboo plus the local blacksmith and weaning sow. Our guide in Inle, Te (Tay) was exceptional as was Inle itself. A magical water experience. The downside was Amata Resort Hotel. We stayed over Christmas and knew about the compulsory Christmas Eve dinner. The next night however there was nowhere else we could eat and was the most expensive and worst meal of the holiday. However when we complained the response by E-Travel was exceptional, the hotel refunded the cost of the meal and a free taxi was arranged to take us to the town half an hours drive away. We were a little disappointed with Bagan as we felt we didn't really experience the amazing sights of the temples. We left for an early morning flight as the balloons were rising and it would have been wonderful to be left to wander through rather than be transported one hundred yards by taxi! Saving grace was the amazing hospitality of San Thi Dar restaurant who gave us gifts to take home.
